Point Loma answered my call at 7:30 a.m. this morning for a smoke detector setting itself off every hour or so overnight. By early afternoon, same day, problem explained and fixed. Repair tech had great positive helpful attitude and knew his stuff. Happily recommend this company and both techs we have had in our home recently. Plumbing Service Call: Main line sewer work needs to be done, they have replaced all the cast iron pipes, but also needs the cast iron in the concrete to be replaced and it's exposed, needs to tie in the main sewer lines to the new ABS pipes.
Electrical Installation: We will change out 3 light fixtures to be led powered with LeD bypass kits. This will involve opening all 3 fixture and rewiring to go to 120 volt power.
The customer had a bad appliance that tripped the GFI in the kitchen. I told him he needs to get rid of the appliance to avoid this issue. I also gave him a recommendation to swap out his subpanel and replace a couple of devices in his kitchen to get them a little bit more up-to-date.
